What Shipping methods do you use?
All our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

How soon do you ship an order after it is placed?
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Standard shipping rates only apply to US territories, and P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM MST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM MST will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

International Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.
*International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
